Family Party I

The good part about being jet-lagged in the direction of Europe is that I make everybody happy by being such an early riser all of a sudden (though we'll see how long that status maintains). The downside is that at midnight, when I start thinking about writing my blog entry, I can barely stand and all I want to write is "Zzz". So this entry had to be written the next morning.

Even before I arrived in Europe, everyone was complaining about the fact that they were going through a heatwave and hadn't seen rain months in. So what did we get today? Bucketing rain. At least today was a primarily indoor celebration so it didn't affect us too much. Though it also doesn't give me much material to write about or show.

Tomorrow however we move to somewhere with a few more picture opportunities as well as some more nostalgia possibilities.
