Ōsaka (大阪市)

Having made it to Tokyo, found a hotel, and sleeping like a stone, today's goal was to continue the travel adventure down south. Three days worth of traveling in three days, using three different transportation methods (driving, flying, train riding). What could tomorrow's adventure be? Ferrying? Stay tuned for tomor... okay I'll stop now.

But before we ran away, we had to take a detour past Shinjuku. I needed to fix the umbrella situation or it would keep raining all trip, my travel pen needed replacing since it failed to be able to fill out the customs forms anymore, and the camera stores needed exploring for good deals. Not to mention visiting my usual curry shop (which I found first go this time!)
And then it was off towards the west!

Having arrived, and dragged the luggage to its new home for the next two weeks, there was only really opportunity for small trip out into the night. Finding a weird artificial garden (including forest sounds and projections) in the middle of an underground mall (maybe it was a prototype for a Mars ship?) And that the station sure keeps busy late at night, with people obviously just enjoying the warm evening air ... on the artificial grass on the roof of the train station ...

I'm sure I've seen it before and just can't remember from all those years ago. Which is how I somehow managed to take almost exactly the same picture as [10 years ago](https://ghost.tesimmer.net/osaka-da-ban-aquarium/) ...

And since I kind of skipped dinner, we had to add a little extra to our traditional ice cream.
