Sydney
It's holidays again, and the weather is becoming marginally warm again. So what do we do? We go where it's almost warm enough to be able to walk around without three layers keeping you warm.
The Ocean!
At least, that was the plan till the clouds decided to gang up on us and even practice evaporative cooling. What they also provided however is one of the coolest looking cloud shapes I have ever seen. (And yes I'm fully aware that you are all going to accuse me of using Photoshop, but at least none accuse me of using Gimp.)
We did have a lot of plans before we got there involving zoos, aquarium, Luna Park, ferry trips, but that all kind of fell apart when we discovered that it's much nicer and easier just to waltz between the areas of darling harbour and the botanical gardens (even if the navigator managed to get slightly lost on such a short stretch).
Unfortunately it was only a day trip, and while we did get up early and got back even earlier, we certainly could have relaxed ourselves a lot more before we would have gotten bored. Oh well, it's only a 7 hour car trip. I guess we'll have to go again at some point.
